On the basis of theoretic analysis of the phase diagram on system of K +,Ca 2+ ,NH + 4‖Cl -,SO 2- 4-H 2O, manufacturing technology of potassium sulphate from gypsum and potassium chloride in aqueous ammonia was realized by one step method. Influences of the various factors to conversion yield of KCl was investigated. Conversion yield of KCl and purity of product were 94% and 86.5% respectively. Optimizing technological parameters and polynomial mathematic models were acquired from a series of single factor tests.
