摘要
1,4,5-三磷酸肌醇受体(IP3R)是对第二信使1,4,5-三磷酸肌醇(IP3)应答的一种普遍存在的细胞内钙离子(Ca2+)释放通道,参与胞质内Ca2+水平的精确调控,从而通过钙信号参与调控平滑肌细胞的舒缩。近年来对IP3R的结构、功能及其调节因素进行了大量研究,表明其在多种心血管疾病的病理生理机制中发挥了重要作用,这对于揭示疾病的发生发展规律、寻找有效的治疗药物等具有重要的意义。
The inositol 1,4,5 trisphosphate (IP3 ) receptor (IP3 R) is a Ca^2+ -release channel that responds to the second messenger IP3, which accurately regulate intracytoplasm calcium level,by which they can modulate the relaxation and contraction of smooth tousle cells. Recent data studying its structure, function and regulation factors showed that it play an important role in the pathophysidogical mechanism of many cardiovascular diseases,which has a great significance in revealing the nosogenesis of this disease and seeking effective therapeutic drug.
