摘要 肺癌是常见的危害人民身体健康的恶性肿瘤之一,抗体疗法正成为肺癌的一个研究热点。抗体疗法主要应用单克隆抗体技术,主要包括单克隆抗体治疗和以单抗为载体的免疫导向治疗。 Lung cancer is one of common malignant cancer threating people＇s health. Antibody therapy is becoming a hot spot in lung cancer study,which mainly use monoclonal antibody technlque,including monoclonal antidody therapy and immune targeted therapy based on the carrier of monoclonal antibody.
