摘要 内皮祖细胞(EPC)是内皮细胞的前体细胞,它不仅参与人胚胎血管生成,同时也参与出生后血管新生和内皮损伤后的修复过程。研究表明内皮损伤和功能障碍与冠心病密切相关,而作为内皮细胞前体的EPC为冠心病治疗提供了新思路,本文就EPC在冠心病的治疗应用方面的研究进展作一综述。 Endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) are precursor cells of endothelial cells, which participate not only the embryonic vaseularization, but also the vascular neogenesis after born and repair process after endothelial injury. Many studys showed that endothelial injury and functional impairment is related to coronary diseases dosely. EPC, as a precursor of endothellum prcovides a new ideas for the treatment of coronary. This article reviews progresses of EPC in the therapeutic application of coronary disease.
