摘要 骨折时骨折断端广泛出血并形成血肿。目前新的观点认为骨折血肿细胞在骨折创伤的刺激下以及在包括骨形成促进因子和骨诱导因子的血肿细胞外成分的作用下,能分化成为成软骨细胞和成骨细胞,在促进骨折愈合的过程中起很重要的作用。 The end of fracture often has wide hemorrhage,which often form.Recent study showed that fracture hematoma cells can differentiated into chonseoblast and osteoblast and play an important role in union of fracture under the stimulation of fracture and component out of hematoma cell including bone formation promoter and osteoinductive factor.
