摘要
人体内存在多种调节性T细胞,其中CD4+CD2+5调节性T细胞(CD4+CD2+5Treg)具有独特的作用方式和功能特征。CD4+CD2+5Treg在移植耐受、肿瘤免疫、过敏性疾病及微生物感染方面起着重要作用。支气管哮喘作为一种常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,其发病机制极为复杂,与免疫等多种因素有关。本文就CD4+CD2+5Treg的特性及在哮喘的发病和治疗方面研究进展作一综述。
There are many kinds of regulatory T cells in human body,in which CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells have distinct mode of action and functional character. CCD4^+CD25^+ Treg are very important in transplantation tolerance, tumor immunity, anaphylactic disease and microbe infection. Asthma is a frequent chronic respiratory uact disease,whose pathogenesis is very complicated and related to multiple factors such as immunity. This review summarizes the CD4^+CD25^+ Treg in its biological character and its mechanism of action in pathogenesis and therapy of asthma.
