冠心病中药治疗的研究进展

Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Coronary Heart Disease

从增加冠状动脉血流量、抑制血小板功能、抗血栓形成、调节血脂代谢、降低血黏稠度、抗氧自由基、保护血管内皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞、降低炎性反应等方面对中药治疗冠心病的研究进展进行了综述,揭示中药治疗可改善冠心病发生发展过程的多个不良因素,具有多方面多靶点发挥作用的优点。因此,中药治疗是一种有效和安全的方法,有着很好的应用前景。

This article is to sum up the research progress of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease in many aspects in increasing blood flow of coronary artery,inhlbiting the function of platelet and thrombosis, regulating the metabolism of blood lipid, reducing blood consistence, scavenging oxygen free radicals, protecting vessel endothelium cell and vessel smooth muscle cell, and reducing inflammation. It reveals that the traditional Chinese medicine can reduce many negative factors of coronary heart disease with the advantages of exerting its effect in multiple target of many aspects. Therefore, the traditional Chineae medicine is moxe effective and salty for the trealanent of coronary heart disease with wide applicational future.
