摘要 组织多普勒超声显像(TDI)技术在传统的彩色多普勒技术基础上,通过改变多普勒滤波系统,去除心腔内血流产生的高速、低振幅的频移信号,保留心肌运动产生的低速、高振幅的频移信号,是一项无创、定量分析室壁运动的新技术。现对近年TDI在室壁运动及心功能分析、检测存活心肌、心力衰竭预后判断方面的进展作一综述。 Tissue Doppler Imaging (TDI)is a new non-invasive and quantitative technique to analyze ventrieular wall motion, which can remove frenquency shift signal with high speed and low amplitude resulting from blood of heart and remain frenquency shift signal with low speed and high amplitude by changing filtering system on the basis of traditional color Doppler. This article reviews the progress of TDI in analyzing vcotricular wall motion and cardic function, detecting survival myocardium and judging the prognosis of heart failure.
