摘要
设计并实现了一种高效率的稀土超磁致伸缩换能器驱动电源,使换能器和功放的阻抗匹配得到改善。利用开关管的导通与否控制脉冲信号,从而达到驱动换能器的目的。本电源主要配合稀土换能器应用于桥梁和大体积混凝土的超声无损检测领域。数次实际检测效果表明:该电源可以迅速、有效、稳定地驱动稀土超磁致伸缩换能器。
This paper designs and realizes a kind of high efficiency power supply for transducer which applied with giant magnetostrictive. This kind of power supply can improve the impedance of transducer and electrocircuit. Using switch tube to control the pulse signal for supplying the transducer. The power supply is used in the domain of ultrasonic testing of concrete with transducer mainly. The practicality using effect indicates that this kind of power supply can drive the transducer rapidly , effectively and stably.
