摘要
用XPS、IR等分析方法,研究了用于甲烷部分氧化制甲醛反应中的催化剂结构的变化,发现了起催化作用的活性中心是—OH基,当—OH基越多,催化剂活性越好。经长时间的反应,硅胶中的—OH基易失去,而添加敏化剂能补充硅胶中失去的—OH基。
The structural variations of the catalyst used in the reaction of methane partial oxidation to formaldehyde were studied by XPS and IR. It has been found that hydroxyl group (-OH) is the active center to act on catalytic reation. The more the hydroxyl group (-OH) is, the better the catalytic activity behaves. Hydroxyl group (-OH) in silica gel would be easily lost after a long period of reaction, but it can be made up by adding sensibilization agent to maintain and increase activity of the catalyst.
