员工满意度是衡量现代饭店人力资源管理成功与否的一个很重要的指标。采用SPSS11.0统计软件对员工是否满意、最满意与最不满意的因素、满意程度是否影响工作效果、满意与不满意的行为等有关员工满意度方面的问题进行了描述性分析,并提出了提高员工满意度的一系列措施。

The thesis made a survey of the staff satisfaction of the high star tourism hotels of Changsha city. then made a descriptive analysis of some staff satisfaction questions, they are whether they are satisfaction or not, the most satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors, the satisfaction degree affecting the work effect or not, satisfaction and dissatisfaction actions, and so on. And put forward some measures to improve staff satisfaction.
