摘要
随着中国改革开放的深入和经济的快速发展,农地产权主体的明晰与否越来越成为解决“三农”问题,建设社会主义新农村的关键问题。目前,当务之急是如何明晰农地产权主体,改变农地产权主体不清与缺位的现象,使农地产权主体真正落到实处,保障农民土地财产权利的完整,并分享工业化、城市化的成果。
Along with the China reform and open policy thorough and the economic development, the farmland property fight main body is becomin the key guestion of constructing so cialism countryside, the author explores mainly how to define farmland property mainbody, safeguards the farmer land property and share industrialization as well as urbanization.
