摘要
通过对水蒸气蒸馏法提取的大叶桉叶精油进行柱层析分离、气—质联用分析和抑菌活性试验,比较分析了大叶桉叶精油的抑菌活性和化学组成。结果表明:大叶桉叶精油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有较明显的抑制作用;气—质联用分析共分离出121个色谱峰,鉴定出60个化合物(占精油总量的93.9%),单萜和含氧单萜是大叶桉叶精油的主要化学成分。
Water-steam distilled Eucalyptus robusta Smith essential oil were analyzed by column chromatography and GC-MS. Then antimierobial activity of essential oil was tested. The chemical constituents and antimierobial activity of essential oil were analyzed. The results showed that the E. robusta essential oil had obvious an'timicrobial effect against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. 121 peaks were separated, in which 60 compounds that account for 93.9% of crude essential oil were identified by means of GC-MS. Monoterpene and oxygen-containing monoterpenes are major chemical constituents.
