摘要
面对日趋势严重的“白色污染”问题,要从政策营销的角度出发,通过研究各国治理“白色污染”的成功和失败案例,在加大宣传的基础上,辅以经济手段的政策法规,加上民间组织的配合,以及研发生产有成本优势的替代品是最终解决“白色污染”之道。
In case of policy marleeting, the paper reviews the foreign experiences of both success and failunc in terms of resolving plastic pollution. It holds that apart from promoting the publicity comerned, this problem should be eventrolly solved by economic laws or repulations, coodinsting between govcrnmcnted and non -governmental sectors and the production of substituter with cost adventages.
