试论企业学习型文化的建设模式

摘要 有关企业文化的研究,其主流方向是从组织行为学的角度进行的。该角度主要注重企业的宗旨、价值观、行为方式、运行机制、氛围等。关于企业文化的概念。目前已取得了共识,其核心是企业的氛围或者说风格、企业运营的哲学基础和管理的软环境、软约束。
