高压电场对Wistar大鼠血液学若干生理指标影响的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,医学界越来越多地将高电位疗法应用于理疗领域,发挥对人体医疗保健及治疗疾病的作用。本实验根据临床高电位治疗仪的工作原理,设计了两种不同类型的高压电场(high voltage electric field,HVEF),通过对持续12周的高压电场暴露Wistar大鼠的一般临床症状和外周静脉血血细胞的数量、形态和白细胞分类等参数动态观察,以深入探讨这两种高压电场对血液学生理指标的影响及其长期应用的安全性。结果表明,实验第6周和第12周时各处理组与对照组比较,雌雄大鼠的血液学生理指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05),高压电场对大鼠外周血血常规无明显影响。 In recent several years, high voltage electric field(HVEF) potential therapeutics was used by more and more people in physical therapy field as a new way for curing diseases or holistic health care. This research designed two kinds of HVEF and planed to further study the effect on blood physiological parameters of rats and assess its safety. Rats of the two treated groups were exposed to the two kinds of HVEF over a 12-week period and their statuses were observed every day. The indexes of blood routine, including cell number, configuration and wbc sorts, were tested at 6-week and 12-week. Results show that between the two treated groups and the control group, there are no significant differences in blood physiological parameters( P 〉 0.05 ). So HVEF has little effect on peripheral hematology index of rats.
