摘要
在医院的信息化管理系统中,电子病历逐渐成为被广泛关注的热点。电子病历的结构化是电子病历需要重点研究的问题之一。本文概述了循证医学对电子病历结构化的要求,并介绍了目前国内外在使用或研究中的几种电子病历结构化方法。
In the field of Healthcare Information System, more and more attention has been paid to computerized patient record （CPR）. And one of the problems is how to make the data of CPR structurized. This paper outlined the demand of EBM （Evidence-Based Medicine） on strueturized CPR and discussed several methods of strueturizing CPR which are in either use or research.
