摘要 皮肤表面测量技术是医学和化妆品研究领域很为关注的技术,传统的方法是对皮肤的复制品进行间接测量,包括机械面形、激光面形和透光面形法等。图像处理方法则用统计的方法可以直接在线测量,直接在线测量较为精确的方法是光栅投影法,共焦显微则可以得到清晰的断层皮肤结构。 The technic of skin surface measure causes quite attention both from the research area of iatrology and cosmetic. The traditional method is to measure the skin duplicate indirectly, including machine surface form, laser surface form and euphoric form, and so on, The method of picture process adopts the statistic way to measure directly online. The rather exact way of directly online measure is grating progection, Share focus microscope way can get clear faultage skin structure.
