摘要
本文用平行入射式光谱电化学方法,测定了去甲肾上腺素(NE)的热力学常数E°’和n值,用Zn2+作为自由基稳定剂,讨论了其通过一个电子传递产生半醌自由基中间体的电极反应机理,并结合其它电化学方法,证明了NE在电极上以传质扩散为主的准可逆过程。
The thermodynamic constants of norepinephrine (NE),E°' =0. 25 V, n≈1, were determined by parallel incidence spectroelectrochemistry. The intermediate of o-semiquinone radical was found with Zn2+as stabilizer and the formation mechanism was discussed. By other electroanalytical methods (cyclic voltammetry and semidifferential anodic stripping voltammetry), the oxidation of NE on the Pt electrode was proved to be a one electron exchange quasireversible process,which is controlled by diffusion.
