摘要
给出井下电液控制系统的网络结构,以及电液控制单元的组成和硬件系统设计方案;针对控制单元的抗浪涌问题,给出控制单元上电软启动方案;针对MCU控制回路以及阀控回路的电流检测给出浮地设计方案;针对阀控模块中,MCU初始化或意外复位是管脚状态不确定导致可能的灾难性事故给出上电时序化设计。
The network structure diagram of the electro- hydraulic control system under the mine is presented. The parts and the hardware design plan of the electro - hydraulic control unit are presented too. Aiming at the surge against of the electro- hydraulic control unit, the method of soft power up for the control unit is presented. Aiming at the current detections of MCU control loop and valve control loop, the method of ground - floated design is given. Aiming at the possible fatal accident Caused by uncertain IO states when valve control MCU is initializing or accidentally resetting, the method of power up timing design is presented.
