摘要
本文提出了高灵敏离心光度法测定血清铁的新方法。在Fe-SCN-CV体系中,λmax625nm处的表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.7X106 L·mol-1·cm-1,Fe(Ⅲ)量在20~160μg/L范围内呈线性关系。将此法用于人体血清铁的临床检验,结果满意。
A highly sensitive centrifugation-spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determinaiton of trace iron. The molar absorptivity is 1. 7 X 106 L· mol -1· cm -1 at 625 nm in iron-thiocyanate-crystal violet system. Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 20~160μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of iron in serum.
