摘要
运用三维有限元方法,对托圈进行三维实体建模,计算了水冷托圈的温度应力,得到了托圈各构件温度应力的精确分布,发现在刚度变化大的位置会产生明显的应力集中。研究结果可为转炉托圈的优化设计和使用提供可靠的依据。
By using the three - dimensional finite element method, the three - dimensional structural model of a loop is built. The thermo- stress of the water- cooling loop is calculated. The accurate distributions of the thermo - stress are obtained, where the obvious stress concentrations is found at the place of the rigidity changing. The present results can provide beneficial reference data and guide for the design and operation of convert- er loops.
