摘要
通过对缸体材质和缸体结构的分析,针对大缸径(缸内径≥320 mm)缸体焊接所引起的一系列焊接缺陷,提出了改进措施,减少了焊接缺陷,有效地控制残余应力及避免应力集中,提高了超声波探伤的合格率。
After analyzing the structure and the material of the large - diameter pillar cylinder body(the diameter≥320 mm), considering the defects afised in the course of welding the cylinder body, in order to solve this problem, we put forward and take the improvement measures. The resault is that the remained stress is effectively controlled, the stress concentration is avoided, further the eligibility rate of cylinder passing the ultrasonic defect is raised.
