摘要
依据苯甲醛增强没食子酸(Ga)-过氧化氢(H2O2)-氢氧化钠体系化学发光的性质,建立了苯甲醛的流动注射化学发光分析法。本法测定苯甲醛的线性范围为2X10-5~0.1mol/L,采样频率为120次/h,检出限达4.4X10-6mol/L,相对标准偏差为3%(n=7)。
A new methed for benzaldehyde determination is given. It is based on the marked enhancing effect of benzaldehyde on the intensity of chemiluminescence generated during oxidation of gallic acid by alkaline hydrogen peroxide. The method gives a relative standard deviation of 3%, a throughput of 120 samples/h and a detection limit of 4. 4 X 10 -6 mol/L with instruments used. Chemiluminescence intensity is linearly proportional to benzaldehyde concentration from 2 X 10-5 to 0. 1 mol/L. Automation and remote control are possible.
