舒心健食汤治疗进食障碍30例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 30 cases of eating disorders treated by the Chinese medicine of Shuxinjianshi decoction

目的:治疗进食障碍患者的疗效观察。方法:将符合ICD-10进食障碍诊断标准的患者随机分为中药治疗组和对照组,每组均为30例。中药治疗组用中药舒心健食汤治疗;对照组用常规心理治疗,且辅以少量抗抑郁剂,疗程均为12周。结果:中药治疗组显效率和总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后平均体重的增加有显著差异,中药治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药舒心健食汤治疗进食障碍的疗效显著。

Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine on eating disorders.Methods: 60 patients diagnosed for eating disorders by ICD-10 were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in control group while 30 in treatment group.The treatment group was treated by Shuxinjianshi decoction,while the control group in common psychotherapy and little antidepressants,the period being 12 weeks.Results: The response rate and effective rate is much higher in the treatment group(P<0.05),and there is significant difference about the mean added weights after treatment between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The effect of Chinese medicine is better on eating disorders.
