Clinical experiences of Professor Cao Hong-xin on treating viral myocarditis

通过对千余例病毒性心肌炎患者的证候进行逐一分析,总结其证候分布规律,提出病毒性心肌炎可见8个证候类型,分别是热毒侵心证、痰阻心络证、心血瘀阻证、大气下陷证、气血两虚证、阴虚火旺证、气阴两虚证、阴阳两虚证,归纳出每一证型的辨证要点,并确立相应治法及其方药,旨在提高中医药对病毒性心肌炎的个体化诊疗水平。

The article observes syndrome distribution characteristics of viral myocarditis through dynamic observation of thousands of cases using clinic epidemiological method to study the syndrome of viral myocarditis.On the basis of analyzing all the related factors with syndrome,such as five viscera,stages and arrhythmia,etc.The article draws conclusions that: The disease of viral myocarditis can be generalized eight types of syndrome,such as toxic heat syndrome,phlegm-dampness syndrome,pectoral qi collapse syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,deficiency ones of qi and blood in the heart and spleen and hyperactivity of fire ones due to yin deficiency,qi and yin deficiency and yin and yang deficiency ones.In the middle of them,pectoral qi collapse syndrome is the common ones of the most and it occurs in every stage of viral myocarditis.Moreover,every syndrome in viral myocarditis has its symbol clinical manifestation.So deferent and therapy and prescription should be used in deferent syndrome to enhance the level of diagnosis and treating individually.
