摘要
利用甲醇沉淀法和渗析法探讨了10种金属离子与人血清蛋白的作用条件(浓度,温度及酸度),经用于毛细管电泳技术证明,金属离子-蛋白质的形成对消除毛细管堵塞有重要作用。应用本文研究所推荐的条件为,金属离子浓度10~30mg·L ̄(-1),温度为45℃,pH值为7.0。该10种金属离子在此条件下与蛋白质作用的强弱顺序为Zn>Cu>Cd>Co>Fe>Cr>Mn>Ca>Ni>Mg。
he reaction conditions of 10 metal ionswith human serum protein were studied bv using methanol.It was proved by the applicationof capillary zone electrophoresis technigue thatthe metal-protein can elminate the adsorptionof protein on the wall of capillary tube, Theproposed conditions for concentration of metalions’temperature and acidity are l0mg·L ̄(-1)~30mg·L ̄(-1) ,45℃ and pH 7 respectively. Theorder of reaction of metal ions with serum pro-tein under these conditions is as follows :Zn>Cu>Cd>Co>Fe>Cr>Mn>Ca>Ni>Mg.
