喉癌术后患者并发呃逆的护理对策

Nursing countermeasure of hiccup in postoperative patients of laryngeal cancer

目的分析喉癌术后患者反复出现呃逆的原因及采取相应的护理对策来进行干预。方法回顾分析近2年喉癌术后患者反复出现呃逆的原因,然后根据原因,制订出心理护理、物理疗法、药物治疗等措施。结果通过心理护理、物理疗法、药物治疗等,明显缩短了呃逆的持续时间,有效预防了呃逆的发生。结论针对不同原因采取相应的措施及时治疗呃逆,可有效减轻患者的痛苦及精神压力,有利于患者早日康复。

Objective To search the predisposing factors of hiccup in postoperative patients of laryngeal cancer and it is nursing countermeasure. Methods The clinical data related to hiccup following laryngeal cancer surgery were analyzed in 15 cases of laryngeal cancer. Results Change of dietary structure, anxiety and gastric tube indwelling were the main reasons of hiccup in postoperative patients of laryngeal cancer. Hiccup following laryngeal cancer responding nursing countermeasure, such as psychological nursing, surgery in laryngeal cancer was significantly released with cor removing the cause of hiccup, physical therapy and drug thera py. Conclusion Change of dietary structure, anxiety and gastric tube indwelling may play an important role in hiccup following la ryngeal cancer surgery. Hiccup following laryngeal cancer surgery can be released effectively after the corresponding countermeas ure, and the rehabilitation of those patients are promoted.
