摘要
本文研究了铜-水杨基荧光酮(SAF)-TritonX-100析相显色体系,建立了测定铜的析相光度法。在pH8.5H_3BO_3-NaOH介质中,铜-水杨基荧光酮(SAF)-TritonX-100胶束溶液在95℃加热1h,配合物即被TritonX-100相完全富集,最大吸收峰为556nm,铜含量在0~10μg/5mL符合比耳定律。方法以氟化钾、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠为掩蔽剂,应用于铝合金中铜的测定,结果满意。
The optimum conditions for the phaseseparation colouring reaction of copper-sali-cylfluorone with Triton X-100 has been stud-iedanda method for the determination oftrace copper hasbeen proposed.In pH 8.5H_2BO_3-NaOH buffer medium,the complex canbe eniriched in Triton X-100 phase when heat-ed at 95℃ for lh in a boiling water bath. Themaximum absorption of the cornplex lies at55 6nm, Beer's law is obeyed for copper con-centration in the range of 0 to 10μg/5mL. Theproposed method has been applied to the di-rect determination of trace copper in aluminumalloy samples with satisfactory results.
