摘要
应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定新生儿血清中锌、铜、铁、钙和镁,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铬和血锰,用标准牛血清作方法质控。在最佳实验条件下,各元素的精密度、检出限以及回收率均令人满意。采用同一份血清由人民医院完成20项生化指标的测定。本文着重阐述微量元素测定方法的研究及其生化指标的相关关系。
he paper describes,with standard oxserum as control.thedetermination of Zn.Cu,Fe,Ca,and Mg in neonaturs serum byflame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)and Cr,Mn in blood by graphite fur-nace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).The precision,recovery and detec-tion limit were all satisfactory under optimal-experimental conditions. The people's hospitalperformed the determination of 20 biochemicalindexes with the same serum, The paper stud-ied the method of determination microamounts ofelements and their correlation withbiochemica11ndexes.
