几种天然黑色素分子结构的红外光谱表征研究

Study on the Structure of SeveraI NaturalMelanins by FTIR Spectrometer

本文对黑头发、香蕉皮、葵花籽皮、乌贼墨及黑芝麻黑色素进行红外光谱表征研究，考察它们的官能团类型，初步判定，黑芝麻黑色素是吲哚型和邻苯二酚型的混合型黑色素。

The present communication uses FTIRspectrometer to study the structure of blackhuman hair melanin、banana skin melanin、Sun-flower seed cuticle melanin、inkfish melanin、sesame melanin and define their structuremodel.The results show that sesame melaninhas the sturcture model of both inodole andcatechol.
