四川电网“十一五”系统二次发展展望

Prospects for Secondary System Development of Sichuan Power Grid in "11th Fiveyear Plan"

根据四川电网“十一五”发展规划及电网迅猛发展对系统二次提出的新要求,在回顾四川电网“十五”系统二次建设的基础上,结合四川电网系统二次的现状及存在问题,对四川电网“十一五”期间通信系统、调度自动化及电力市场运营系统、继电保护及安全自动装置的发展进行了展望,提出了其发展的思路、重点及努力的目标。

Based onthe ＂11th Five-year plan＂ for Sichuan power grid and the new requirements for the secondary systcm due to the rapid development of power grid, the construction of the secondary system of Sichuan power grid, and the current situation and the existing problems of secondary system are reviewed. The future development of the communication system, dispatch automation, electricity market operation system, rellaying protection system and security automatic equipment during the period of ＂11th Five- year Plan＂ are forecasted, and the development strategies and key points are proposed as weU as the objectives.
