摘要
针对组合系统可靠性评估中计算费用过高的问题,提出利用改进的重要抽样法模拟系统运行状态以减小方差,采用两阶段修正单纯形法进行系统分析计算以降低线性规划的阶数。基于该算法实现的评估软件对含有24个节点和38条线路(含变压器)的IEEE-RTS系统进行了可靠性分析,计算时间只占传统算法的37%左右,达到了实用化水平,依据计算指标可对系统与节点可靠性水平做出评估,并为寻找制约系统可靠性水平的主要因素提供理论依据。
In view d the high computational cost in the reliability evaluation of bulk composite generation- transmission system, the improved importance sampling technique is used to reduce the variance, and a two- phase revised simplex method is applied for lowering the order of the linear programming. The codes corresponding to the described algorithm have been formed and a testing calculation for the IEEE- RTS system including 24 buses and 38 lines(or transformers)has been made using the presented method.The time of calculation is only 37% of that by conventional approach,thus the new algorithm is made practical .The reliability level of the power system and the buses can be evaluated by the obtained indices,which also helpful to search the main constraint of the systern reliability.
