摘要
汽轮机传统的支撑方式是垫铁支撑,随着与国外技术交流的增加,目前许多国产汽轮机的支撑方式逐渐采用了水泥垫块支撑方式,针对这两种不同支撑方式的安装要求,从工艺特点、工艺流程、质量要求、强度及寿命周期、工序工期、成本等方面进行对照比较,希望能为汽轮机安装工作提供一些建议。
The traditional supporting mode of steam turbine uses pad block, but more and more domestic manufactured steam turbines adopt the supporting mode with cement cushion block at preset. Aiming at the installation requirements of these two supporting modes, the comparison is done in process characteristics, process flow, quality requirements, strength, life cycle, working duration and cost etc., which can give some suggestions for the installation of steam turbine.
