摘要
介绍了目标跟踪原理,并以多功能相控阵雷达为背景,研究了多目标跟踪数据关联过程。针对数据关联过程中量测起源的不确定性问题及概率数据关联算法(PDA)和联合概率数据关联算法(JPDA)的不足,给出了一种改进的概率数据关联算法(MPDA),该算法既不像PDA算法那样不考虑公共测量值对航迹的影响,也不像JPDA算法对所用的关联解进行搜索,而是重点分析了跟踪门交叠区域中的公共测量值对航迹更新的影响。蒙特卡罗仿真结果表明,该算法具有较小计算量及较好的实时跟踪性能,适于相控阵雷达的数据处理。
Target tracking theory is introduced briefly, and the process of data association for multitarget tracking of multffunctional phased array radar is presented. Then, a new approach is proposed for dealing with the uncertainty of measurement origin and the disadvantages of probabilistic data association filter( PDAF) and joint probabilistic data association filter(JPDAF). Unlike the probabilistic data association(PDA) which uses all of the validated measurement with different weights (probabilities), and the JPDA algorithm which needs tracking multiple targets by evaluating the measurement - to - track association probabilities and combining them to find the state estimation, the modified method mainly analyzes the influence of common measurements in different gates on path updating. Monte - Carlo simulation results show that the algorithm has a small computation cost and a better real - time tracking performance, so it is fitted to data processing of phased array radar.
