摘要
铁在酸性条件下对过氧化氢氧化磷钼蓝的退色反应具有显著的催化作用,据此建立了催化光度法测痕量铁的新方法。本方法的检出限为6×10 ̄(-7)g/L测定范围为每25mL0~2μg。应用本法测定了自来水和河水中的铁含量,获得了满意结果。
A catalytic spectrophotometric method forthe determinadon of trace iron has been estab-lished based on the catalytic effect of iron onthe oxidation of molybdophosphate heterpolyblue by hydrogen peroxide,The limit of detec-tion is 6×10 ̄(-7)g/Land the linear range is 0~2μg pre 25mL.The method has been used forthe determination of iron in water samples andthe results are satisfactory.
