平台石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定柑桔皮提取物中的痕量硒

Direct Determination of Trace Seleniumin the Extracts of Orange Skin by PlatformGraphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectom-etry

本文提出了一种以正丁醇为溶剂、平台石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定油状样品中硒的方法。该方法简单、快速，无需样品预处理，既提高了分析效率，又避免了预处理过程中硒的损失。方法特征量为１８ｐｇＳｅ，检出限为０．０５１μｇ／ｇ。对含０．２～０．６μｇ／ｇ硒的样品测定，相对标准偏差为３．７％～５．５％（ｎ＝９），回收率在９１％～１０３％之间。

methed directly determining Se in oilysamples with n-butyl alcohol as the solvent byplatform graphite furnace atomic absorptionspectrometry has been developed in this paper.This method is simple and rapid,without sam-ple pretreatment.It not only raised the analyti-cal efficiency,but also avoided the losses of Seduring the pretreatment.The characteristicmass is 18pg,the detection limit is 0.051μg/g.For the concentration level of 0.2～0.6μg/gSe, the relative standard deviation is 3.7%～5.5%(n=9),with recovery of 91%～103%.
