摘要
本文提出了一种以正丁醇为溶剂、平台石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定油状样品中硒的方法。该方法简单、快速,无需样品预处理,既提高了分析效率,又避免了预处理过程中硒的损失。方法特征量为18pgSe,检出限为0.051μg/g。对含0.2~0.6μg/g硒的样品测定,相对标准偏差为3.7%~5.5%(n=9),回收率在91%~103%之间。
