围绝经期妇女保健模式探讨

围绝经期是妇女生理上的重要转折,由此引发一系列身体、心理、社会问题而备受关注。围绝经期保健旨在提高妇女生活质量,延长妇女健康寿命。按照生理-心理-社会医学模式的要求,围绝经期保健应当从系统论和整体观出发,通过教育、医疗、服务三方面质量保证体系的控制,实施包括全面体检、防治疾病,激素安全定量补充,个体化营养分析指导,环境激素影响控制,合理运动训练指导,物理康复治疗指导,生活习惯改善调整,精神心理健康辅导8个方面的多层次个体化医疗保健措施。新的围绝经期保健模式使此项工作的内涵得到了极大的丰富,质量得到保证。

Menopause is an important matter for women, which is widely concerned as it causes a series of physical, psychological and social problems. The aim of menopausal women health care is to promote overall living quality and to extend healthy lifespan of menopa- usal women. According to the requirement of physical, psychological and social combined medical model, menopausal women health care should be done systematically with total quality control in education, clinics and service, including complete physical examination and disease treatment, safe and individual hormone treatment, individual nutrition analysis and guidance, environmental harmfulness prevention, suitable physical training, physical therapy, living style improvement and psychotherapy. This work expends greatly the content of menopausal women health care, and at the same time, clinical quality is effectively ensured.
