欣母沛预防高危妊娠产后出血的临床研究

Clinical study on preventing atonic postpartum hemorrhage in high risk pregnancy women by Hemabate

目的:观察欣母沛用于预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法:选择180例有宫缩乏力性产后出血高危因素的产妇,随机分为实验组和对照组,比较两组第三产程时间、产后2 h及24 h出血量、产后出血发生率。实验组:在胎儿娩出后,宫体注射欣母沛250μg;对照组:于胎儿娩出后宫体注射催产素20 IU,同时静脉滴注催产素20 IU。结果:实验组比对照组产后2 h及产后24 h平均出血量减少,第三产程时间缩短,差异均有显著性(P<0.01),实验组产后出血发生率明显少于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:欣母沛能比催产素更有效地预防宫缩乏力性产后出血,并且具有方便、安全、快速的特点。

Objective： To observe preventive effect of Hemabate for postpartum hemorrhage in high risk pregnant women. Methods： 180 high risk pregnant women were divided randomly into two groups： experimental group （group A） and control group （group B） . The group A was given Hemabate 250μg into uterine muscle after delivery of the fetus, while for the group B, oxytocin 20 IU was injected into uterine muscle immediately after delivery of the fetus and 20 IU into vein. The amount of bleeding within 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery for the two group was measured. Results： The amount of bleeding within 2 and 24 hours after delivery in group A were both much less than those in group B. The length of third - trimester of group A was shorter than that of group B. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in group A was lower than that in group B. Conclusion： Hemabate is more effective in reduction and prevention of atonic postpartum hemorrhage, and it is convenient, safe and quick.
