汽车覆盖件模具ＣＡＰＰ系统是单件小批生产方式下的一种无编码的“广义ＣＡＰＰ”系统，现已用于微型轿车和轻型车的覆盖件模具工艺设计，并实现了工艺设计工作的全盘计算机作业化。该系统具有不同的工艺方案用于对不同的重要零件的工艺设计。在系统内设有专门的对外数据服务模块，可向成本核算、网络计划、材料定额等相关管理系统分别提供综合性数据服务。
The computer aided process planning(CAPP) for motor cover die is a codeless and generalized CAPP system that is concerned with small serial production. It has been used in mini-car and light truck cover die's process planning, and made all the work of process planning computerized. lt provides alternative process plans for those important parts. There are many information modules to provide service for the related management system such as cost accounting, network plan and material quota, etc. The integration of them is achieved in this system.
