摘要
目的探讨心理训练对体育专业大学生心理健康状况的影响。方法将104名体育专业大学生随机分为两组,研究组58名,对照组56名。研究组给予认知技能、系统脱敏、人际交往训练16 w,并于训练前、训练16 w末和停止训练24w末分别采用16项人格测试量表和症状自评量表进行组间和组内评定分析。结果研究组心理训练16 w末症状自评量表各因子分均显著下降,与心理训练前比较躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、敌对因子分有显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组停止训练24 w末16项人格测试量表二级指标评定与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论心理训练在短期内对大学生的心理健康具有积极的影响,但对人格的改变无直接影响。
Objective To study the effects of psychological training on the mental healthy status of college students majoring in PE. Methods 104 students were divided into study group(n=58) and control group(n=56) randomly. The study group was conducted cognitive skill training, systematic desensitization and interpersonal communication training for 16 weeks. The study group before training, at the end of 16w of training and at the end of 24w after training and the control group were tested with 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire(16PF) and symptom checklist-90(SCL-90) respectively, the results were compared inter-group and intro-group. Results Each factor's score of SCL-90 in study group at the end of 16w of training has obviously decrease, there were significant difference in the scores of somatization, interpersonal relationship and hostility com- pared with pre-training(P〈0.05). Compared with control group, the second order index evaluation of 16PF in study group at the end of 24w after training was not significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Psychological training has positive effect on the mental health of college students in short term, but has no effect on personality.
