两种新的水溶性卟啉的离解常数测定及酸碱诱导聚合

Determination of acid-base dissociation constants of new water-soluble porphyrins and their aggregation behaviors by acid-base

研究了ｍｅｓｏ－四（４－Ｎ－苄基吡啶基）卟啉（ＴＢＰｙＰ）和ｍｅｓｏ－四（４－甲基－３－磺酸苯基）卟啉（ＴＴＰＳ４）的离解常数。ＴＢＰｙＰ的离解常数为：ＰＫａ４＝１．１３，ＰＫａ３＝１．８８，ＰＫａ２＝１２．２１；ＴＴＰＳ４的离解常数为：ＰＫａ４＝４．４７，ＰＫａ３＝６．２６。此外还发现了两卟啉的酸碱诱导聚合。

The acid-base equilibria of two water-soluble porphyrins (meso-tetrakis (4-N-benzylpyridinyl) porphyrin(TBPyP), meso-tetrakis (3-sulpho-4-methylphenyl) porphyrin(TTPS4) were investigated spectrophotometrically. The pKa values of the two porphyrins are as follows: pKa4=1.13, pKa3=1.88, pKa2=12. 21 for TBPyP and pKa4=4.47, pKa3=6.26 for TTPS4. The aggregation phenomena by acid-base of the two porphyrins are found in their dilute solutions. TTPS4 is aggregated in acidic solution and TBPyP in basic solution.
