我国农村贫困人口的微观粮食安全状况及对策分析

本文主要分析了我国农村贫困人口的微观粮食安全状况并提出了实现我国农村贫困人口微观粮食安全的相应对策。目前,我国农村贫困人口的微观粮食安全程度还很低,而且存在较大的脆弱性与微观粮食不安全的长期性。实现我国农村贫困人口微观粮食安全的最主要方式是扶贫开发与粮食生产能力的提高,粮食流通状况的改善以及人口素质的提高也是重要对策。

And the paper gets several important conclusions as follows： the degree of the micro-level food security of the poor people in the rural area of our country is very low and unstable; And the micro-level food insecurity is lasting. The main measure of realizing the micro-level food security of the poor people in the rural area is to help the poor people in the rural area to enhance their income, and make them get rid of poverty downright. Furthermore, enhancing their capability of producing gain, improving the condition of the circulation of grain, enhancing the quality of the poor people are other important measures.
