摘要
本文通过对黑水城出土汉文文书中出现的一件有关元代亦集乃路官府管理酿酒业的资料进行分析,发现元代官府造酒生产中人的要素和物的要素逐渐发生了变化;并初步揭示了元代亦集乃路官府自用非商品酒生产由官府集中生产转变为官府管理下的分散酿造,体现了封建官府变相多样的求利手段以及国家宏观、有效控制酿酒业能力的不断完善。
This artide analyses one of the official documents about the government-operated brewing alcohol business in Black City in the Yuan Dynasty, discovers some changes on the factors of people and the material of brewing alcohol business, And it also throws light on the alcohol production which was controlled by the Yijinailu govemment changed into scattered brewing business under the govemment management in the Yuan Dynasty. It embedies that the feudal govemment' s ability to control the brewing alcohol business effectively perfected gradually.
