Determination of Peoniflorin in Gentongping Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC测定根痛平胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法:迪马Diamonsil(TM)钻石柱(C18,200mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-异丙醇-36%醋酸-水(25∶2∶2∶71)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,柱温25℃,流速0.90mL.min-1,进样量20μL。结果:芍药苷溶液在28.0～84.0μg.mL-1与其峰面积呈线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=1.1%。结论:该方法简单准确,可作为根痛平胶囊的含量测定方法。

Objective： To establish a high performance＇ liquid chromatographic method for the quantitative analysis of peoniflorin in Gentongping capsule. Methods： The column was Diamonsil （TM） Diamond. （C,s, 200mm × 4. 6mm, 5μm） column. The mobile phase was methanol - isopropyl alcohol - 36 % Acetic acid - water （ 25：2：2： 71 ） . The detection wavelength was 230nm. The flow rate was 0. 9mL·min^-1. Results： A good linear relationship was found with the range of 28.0-84. 0μg mL^-1, r =0. 999 7. The average recovery of peoniflorin was 99. 98% and RSD was 1.1%. Conclusion： The method of quantitative analysis of peoniflorin in Gentongping capsule by HPLC was simple and accurate.
