The Theoretical Analysis on Gains from Free Trade in Service and its Spillover

服务是一种特殊的商品,服务贸易或服务贸易自由化可以实现服务业资源的有效合理配置,提高服务业整体的经济效益,同时,开放服务贸易市场,可以降低服务成本,进而降低商品生产和贸易或其他服务生产和贸易的成本,从而使自由化带来的收益得到延伸和放大。本文对服务贸易或其自由化的福利进行了分析,并借助于运输服务这一最典型的贸易性服务的开放,分析了服务贸易收益产生的源泉及其“溢出”的原理。

Service is aspecific good for trade. The international trade or free trade in services can results in more appropriate and effective allocation for the service factors, enhances the productivity of the industry as a whole. Meanwhile, opening service market to the outside world can also, through lowering service prices, decrease production costs for the sector which uses service as an input. So the overall gains from the free trade of service have been extended and enlarged. The paper analyzes free trade welfare to the service industry and,by means of amodel on transportation service, source and its spillover.
