严重多发伤在急诊室抢救的重要性

Significance of Rescue at Emergency Room to Patients of Serious Multiple Injuries

目的总结严重多发伤早期救治的经验教训。方法对113例严重多发伤的救治过程进行回顾分析。结果急诊室抢救中死亡16例,另97例收入病房,入院后死亡5例,抢救成功率为81·5%。结论在院前急救体系不完善的条件下,严重多发伤在急诊室进行及时而有效的救治,是目前提高抢救成功率的重要措施。

Objective To summarize the experience in the remedy for serious multiple injuries in early period. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the remedy to 113 patients of serious multiple injury. Results Sixteen patients were dead at emergency room; the others were admitted to our hospital wards, among whom five ones were dead in the wards. The rate of success in the remedy was 81.5%. Conclusion At present, the pre-hospital care system has not been consummate yet in our country, so the prompt and effective remedy at emergency room is an important measure to raise the achievement ratio of remedy to the patients of serious multiple injuries.
