摘要
介绍了红外测温系统的工作原理以及采用红外测温系统在线测量直流机车牵引电机换向器表面温度的方法,并在实践中证明了此方法对机车牵引电机的预防维修具有一定的辅助作用。
The principle of infrared temperature test system is presented. Infrared temperature testing sensor is adopted to test commutator surface temperature on DC locomotive traction motor. It＇s proved that this measure has a definite assistant function on the precautionary maintenance of locomotive traction motor.
