The article analyzes energy nationalization background in Latin America,introduces development status and relevant policy of Ecuador's resources as well as development status of China's petroleum & petrochemical enterprises in Ecuador and expounds on the influence of new Ecuador president's Energy policy upon China's petroleum investment there.
