The paper introduced in detail the process design scheme of 2×5 000 t/d clinker production project of china resources Cement （Guigang） Ltd.. The main contents include limestone breaking and conveying, raw material homogenizing, clinker calcining, cement grinding and cement leaving factory, and etc. And introduced the main equipments collocation in every main workshop and the technical characteristics. In addition, introduced in brief the problems emerged in the running process of the two production lines snd as well as the settlements.
